Children are unlikely to be killed by a car in London, but even so it is worth worrying about because there are a few things they can do to make it less likely. Worrying about being stabbed is as stupid as planning your life based on what you'll do when you win the lottery. It is so improbably that it may as well not exist as an issue. You can tell your children with a completely clear conscience that they really don't need to worry at all.
